COVID-19 Delivery Procedures
As cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to grow in our footprint, we want to share a change to our delivery procedure. We are taking this situation very seriously as the health and well-being of our STERN Team is our highest priority. A healthy STERN team can support your business needs.
To support this objective, we are wanting to minimize the exposure to our staff and to yours. Thus, immediately we are going to institute a no signature delivery policy by our drivers. We will request the name of the receiving person at your facility and our driver will write down their name and the approximate date and time of the delivery on the delivery document. By not exchanging documents, will minimize transmission and reduce risks for all parties, including our drivers and your receiving personnel.
We can provide you and your staff with a copy of that document for your reference.
